I'm currently working as a head chef in the heart of Cheshire and I have been cooking profesionaly for almost 20 years working in some of the best hotels throughout the UK and Ireland. I have a real passion for food and love what I do. I have studdied long and hard to be good at what I do and these days I love to cook family freindly food for the ones that I love.
In this web site you will find some of my favourate recipes that include anything from rocky road to Thai green curry. I will explain in detail how to recreate the recipes and will always be glad to answer any questions that any of my readers have.
