I'm currently working as a head chef in the heart of Cheshire and I have been cooking professionally for almost 20 years working in some of the best hotels throughout the UK and Ireland. I have a real passion for food and love what I do. I have studied long and hard to be good at what I do and these days I love to cook family friendly food for the ones that I love.
