A birthday breakfast - Scrambled egg with smoked salmon

When your wife's Birthday comes around it good to get the day off on the right foot, so when my son woke up early this morning we rushed out the house and grabbed a few things from the local corner shop to get her in a good mood before the chaos of our day kicked off.

We ended up with this beautiful scrambled egg with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and spring onions.

Replacing the cream with creme fraishe made for a lighter scrambled egg and left us ready for the day.
